| Computers can be scarey to those who have not had to use them day-in day-out like those who work in the computer industry. As someone who has worked with computers all my life, in environments ranging from primary schools through to the European Space Agency, I have observed how IT "techies" deal with ordinary people, and noticed their general lack of communication skills. If something goes wrong with your computer, the IT specialist will come in, fix the problem, give you the bill and then leave, leaving you none the wiser apart from knowing that the problem has been fixed. This has troubled me over the years, so I decided that I would set up a company that not only fixed computer problems for "ordinary people", but that would also communicate with the customer. Whether it's giving easy-to-understand advice on anti-virus software, helping you create a simple spreadsheet or just helping you buy a new computer, I have created PC Help to do just that: communicate.
So however small the problem may seem, PC Help will not laugh in your face or charge you through the nose to do a five minute job. PC Help is dedicated to helping you with your computer needs whatever they may be. And we will let you know what is going on from the minute you pick up the phone and talk to us. Whatever your needs, you can be sure that PC Help will be there to help, to give you painless, simple advice, and help you get to grips with your computer. As we say, we're here to put the "friendly" back into "user-friendly". Harvey Price, PC Help (Christchurch) Ltd. |
